Send-off Reception

In January 2016, the first cohort of students and faculty from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) and the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Peshawar departed for Arizona State University and Oregon State University to spend a semester conducting energy-based research at energy labs. The send-off reception in Islamabad formally kicked-off the student and faculty exchange program. Senior officials from the Government of Pakistan, U.S. Embassy staff in Islamabad and university leadership attended the event.
